What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We offer two types of shipping depending on the product:
Items shipped from Armenia — for customers worldwide. Items shipped from our US location — for faster delivery across North America.
You can see the shipping origin on each product page. All orders include tracking information when available, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide, and we do our best to make delivery fast and affordable for every order.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Delivery time depends on the shipping origin and your location:
Items shipped from Armenia to the US: 7–17 business days.
Items shipped from Armenia to Europe and other international destinations: 10–21 business days.
Items shipped from our US location: 2–7 business days depending on destination.
Express delivery is available for select US-shipped products — arrives in 2–3 business days.
Payment
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover — as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallets. All payments are processed securely.
Prefer a direct bank transfer? This option is also available at checkout — and is a convenient alternative for customers in Russia and CIS countries. Once your order is placed, we will send you our bank details within 24 hours.
Is Buying Online Safe?
Yes. All transactions are handled through advanced encryption to protect your information.
Orders & Returns
How do I place an Order?
Select your product, choose size or color if applicable, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in production or shipped.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No account is required. You can place an order as a guest by providing your shipping and payment information at checkout. Creating an account is optional and can help you track your order more easily.
How Do I Track My Order?
We want you to always know where your order is.
As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number — so you can follow your package every step of the way.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Items shipped from Armenia to the US: tracking is provided once your package enters the US postal system. This may take a few weeks after dispatch — but your order is on its way. Items shipped from Armenia to Europe and other international destinations: tracking number is sent immediately upon shipment. Items shipped from our US location: tracking number is provided within 2–7 business days.
Ordering multiple items?
If your order includes items shipping from different locations, you will receive separate tracking numbers and your items will arrive in separate packages. This is completely normal, so no need to worry if your first package arrives before the second one.

How Can I Return a Product?
We accept returns only if an item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos at info@khaninyanllc.com, we will resolve it immediately.
