  • Items sent directly from Armenia, for fast local and international delivery.
  • Items shipped from the U.S. and other parts of the world, depending on product availability and your location.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll provide tracking information (when available) so you can follow your package every step of the way.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping origin and your location. The exact estimated delivery time will be shown after you enter your shipping address at checkout.

How do I place an Order?

Placing an order is simple:

  • Select the product(s) you want.

  • Choose the size, color, or other options if available.

  • Add the item(s) to your cart.

  • Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping information, and select your payment method.

  • Complete the payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in production or shipped.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No account is required. You can place an order as a guest by providing your shipping and payment information at checkout. Creating an account is optional and can help you track your order more easily.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available) via email. You can use this number to follow your package until it reaches you.

How Can I Return a Product?

We accept returns only if the product arrives damaged or defective. To request a return, please contact us with photographs or other proof of damage within a reasonable time after delivery. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
